Billing, cancellation & refunds

Simple pricing

• Monthly Pro: USD $3.99, charged every month.
• Annual Pro: USD $43.92, charged once every year. Save $3.96 compared with $47.88 across 12 monthly payments.

Both options renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Annual pricing is an upfront annual charge, not a monthly installment plan. Any applicable taxes and the complete payment total appear before you subscribe. There is no paid trial advertised. Checkout stays disabled until payments are configured.

Manage or cancel online

Sign in using the account that subscribed. Open the profile menu, choose Manage account, then Billing to manage your subscription, payment method, or cancellation. Cancel before your renewal date to stop future charges. Your paid access normally continues through the paid period; cancellation alone does not refund an earlier charge. You do not need to call us or give a reason to cancel.

If the account portal does not let you cancel, email support@avprimer.com from your account email. We will help stop future renewal and review any charge caused by a cancellation failure. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

Refunds

If you are charged in error or paid features do not work for you, contact support with the account email, charge date, and a short description. We review refund requests individually; refunds are not automatic and we do not promise a blanket refund window. This does not affect refund, withdrawal, or other rights provided by applicable law. Source services can block downloads, so try the free tools before subscribing.

Payment processing and account deletion

Clerk manages subscriptions and uses Stripe for payment processing. Billing records may be retained for tax, fraud, and dispute obligations. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
